System Design
Karcher Group offers completely customized solution design based on your desires, needs and requirements. Our sales staff and engineers are certified and educated on the most current and innovative technology to meet your audiovisual needs. A Karcher Group team will work with you on the phone or visit you on site at your location to assess your environment and existing technology to help determine the best solution for you. Our engineers will then put together a proposal to solve your requirements and work closely with you to ensure that we meet your expectations within your budget. Our audio visual engineers are CTS-D Certified (Certified Technology Specialist with a Design specialization) and our systems engineers hold engineering level Microsoft certifications such as MCSE & MCITP so you'll know you're in good hands.
Karcher Group has done extensive work with every branch of the United States military, corporate America and all levels of government so we understand accountability, reliability and ongoing support is paramount. We also understand that Governmental and Military entities have different security concerns and restrictions than civilian companies and take that in to account when designing an audiovisual system.

Project Management
When the contract is signed, the job is just beginning. We specialize in larger audio visual projects and employ a project management staff to ensure the implementation stage of the project is smooth and efficient. At Karcher Group a project manager is not a desk job. Our project managers are InfoComm CTS and CTS-I certified ex-technical leads who have graduated to the next level of technical competence and understand the intricacies of both the system design and what it takes for the installation team to implement it successfully.
Project managers coordinate resources and work as a liaison between the client, the engineers and the installation team to ensure the engineer’s intent is met in the field and that any environmental issues encountered onsite are addressed by the engineering team in real time. We understand that sometimes unexpected roadblocks occur during a project and if these issues do occur, our project management team will be there to ensure they are overcome.

Professional Installation
A Karcher Group installation technician installs and maintains audiovisual systems by following specifications, schematics, and local fire and safety codes. They are skilled at professional installation, neat and clean wire management, troubleshooting and problem solving. Karcher Group requires all of its technicians pursue InfoComm CTS and CTS-I certifications, and encourages continued education in new technology and standards.
The installation process begins in the Karcher Group shop where racks of equipment are professionally built, wire managed and tested for functionality to the fullest extent possible before delivery to a client site. At the same time, technicians prepare the client site for equipment rack arrival by pulling infrastructure cabling and mounting supporting devices. The infrastructure cabling is then integrated in to the rack, wire managed, terminated, programming is completed and entire solution is tested again to prepare for final client acceptance.

Client Training
The best system on the planet is irrelevant if you don’t know how to use it. Each project we complete will end with client training, a hand off of technical documentation and the signing of a client acceptance document to ensure we have met all of your requirements and that you are comfortable with the functionality and workflow of the solution. Training can vary depending on the complexity of the solution from a one on one conversation with one of our technology experts to a full day classroom environment.
We understand that sometimes employee turnover can leave gaps in your employee’s skill sets or you may like a refresher course from time to time. We can build in quarterly or bi-annual training in to our maintenance and support plans to ensure you are getting the most out of your technology.
